Questions you may ask yourself:

  • Will I be able to articulate my needs from therapy?

  • Will these needs have a name?

  • How do I pursue their fulfilment?

  • How do I gain more satisfaction in my outside life?

When a client learns to attend consciously to their wants and desires, they have a far better chance of finding fulfilment. Once needs are declared, unexpected solutions to problems and sources of support may arrive through no conscious effort. Recognising internal barriers to feelings, aspirations, and desires sets in motion a healing process.
